We present a measurement of the form-factor ratios rV=V(0)/A1(0) and r2=A2(0)/A1(0) for the decay D+→K¯*0e+νe. The measurement is based on a signal of approximately 3000 D+→K¯*0e+νe, K¯*0→K−π+ decays reconstructed in data from charm hadroproduction experiment E791 at Fermilab.
