Durability and waterproofing investigations of the building envelope

Combining with specific construction practice,the paper introduces the roof waterproofing construction quality control measures,respectively describes the construction points and matters of polystyrene board insulating layer,cement-cinder layer,cement-mortar leveling layer and SBS waterproofing materials,which has provided certain guidance for similar engineering roof waterproofing construction in future.

In construction of the basement of Beijing Guohengjiye Building, engineers adopted selfwaterproof reinforcement concrete structures and SBS modified asphalt coiled materials. In this article, the author introduces the waterproofing construction method of the floor, exterior walls, postpouring area and construction joints of basement.
